The Rhône-Alpes Eco-énergies Cluster is the first Cluster in France dealing with energy efficiency in buildings.
The Rhône-Alpes Eco-énergies Cluster was created in 2006. It is based on an initiative from the Rhône-Alpes Regional Council.
The Cluster’s aims are:
- to develop a regional network of professional actors whose main activity deals with energy management and renewable energy development in the building sector.
- to foster innovation in the sector and to improve the competitiveness of the actors
The Cluster’s originality:
- To federate more than 800 actors/players, among which 200 members, (companies, training centers, institutions) gathered by a common purpose : construction, renovation, exploitation of sober, energy efficient and environmentally friendly buildings.
